Platform

One connected training workflow.

CongreOS Instruct is designed around the complete operational journey of a training program rather than disconnected scheduling, roster, document, and credential tools.

Product direction: the capabilities below describe the platform being built, not a generally available feature list.

Course → Class → Registration → Instruction → Completion → Credential → Ongoing Records
Classes

Course & class operations

Create and manage classes, schedules, delivery methods, capacity, prerequisites, instructors, locations, and operational status.

Students

Registration & learner records

Student registration, contact information, course history, prerequisites, evaluations, completion status, and ongoing records.

Instructors

Instructor management

Instructor profiles, eligibility, alignment, documentation, teaching activity, monitored requirements, and role-aware access.

Records

Rosters & documentation

Centralized rosters, exam results, evaluations, uploads, required records, retention, and audit-friendly document organization.

Credentials

Credential lifecycle

Track completion and credential information while remaining ready to connect with authorized external credential providers as access becomes available.

Reporting

Operational intelligence

Training volume, instructor activity, student outcomes, survey results, readiness, document status, and trend reporting.

Integration Architecture

Purposeful integrations. Clearly defined boundaries.

CongreOS Instruct uses a provider-neutral integration strategy so authorized external systems can extend the platform without becoming the source of truth for its classes, students, instructors, records, or operational history.

Canonical training records Customer training records are maintained within Instruct; external records retain their provenance and issuing authority.
Standard adapter contracts External credential, roster, content, or other authorized systems connect through replaceable interfaces.
Progressive integration Manual workflows can operate first, then become more automated as authorized integrations are added.
Data minimization The platform is designed to retain only what is needed for legitimate training operations.
Graceful degradation Core class and record workflows are designed to remain usable during outages. External issuance and other provider-dependent actions may be unavailable.

Integration overview

AHA-related workflows

Intended class / roster exchange and credential results

Access and supported operations require confirmation; no live AHA integration or affiliation is claimed.

Credential authority

Issuer → authorized organization / user

External issuers remain authoritative. Issuance permissions and inventory rules remain provider-controlled.

Core training records

Within the organization’s isolated workspace

Scheduling validated in private staging; enrollment, rosters and credential workflows remain planned.

Security & Data Stewardship

Operational control with progressive visibility.

CongreOS Instruct is designed around individual identities, role-aware access, tenant isolation, auditability, data minimization, and clear separation between canonical platform records and externally sourced information.

Individual identities

Administrators, instructors, and learners use individual accounts rather than shared credentials.

Role-aware access

Visibility is scoped according to operational role, organization, class relationship, and data sensitivity.

Data minimization

The system is designed to avoid collecting or duplicating information that is not necessary to the training workflow.

Tenant isolation

Organization records and integrations remain explicitly separated from other tenants.

Auditability

Important administrative, record, access, and integration activity is intended to be auditable.

Portable architecture

Standard adapter contracts reduce dependence on any single outside provider or integration.
